We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hinge Husher™ lubricating cartridge. If for any reason you need to return it, we’ve made the process as easy as possible.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 45 days of the purchase date. The cartridge must be in its original packaging and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable Items: We cannot accept returns on opened or used cartridges due to health and safety regulations.

Steps to Return

  1. Prepare Your Package: Ensure the cartridge is in its original packaging and that all components are included. Due to the silicone content, please place the cartridge in a watertight bag, such as a Ziploc bag.
  2. Request a Return Authorization: Contact our customer service team at support@hingehusher.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return mailing address for your cartridge.
  3. Label Your Package: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of your return package. Without this number, your return cannot be processed.
  4. Ship the Package.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If it meets the return eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed.
  • Refund Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-21 business days after the inspection.

Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Hinge Husher™ lubricating cartridge is covered by MassTrio’s limited warranty.

One-Year Limited Warranty

MassTrio LLC (“MassTrio”) will repair or replace, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, or date of delivery of the product (whichever date is later). This warranty is extended only to the original end-user purchaser of the product. This warranty does not cover part failure due to normal wear or abuse. Because MassTrio cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only if the product was purchased from MassTrio or a MassTrio authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. MassTrio reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. This warranty does not apply to damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others. Proof of purchase showing when and where you purchased the product may be required.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. MASSTRIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

SOME STATES AND PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.

45-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your Hinge Husher™ lubricating cartridge for any reason, you can return it within 45 days from the date of purchase, or date of delivery of the product (whichever date is later) for a full refund. Proof of purchase showing when and where you purchased the product may be required. Because MassTrio cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the 45-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only if the product was purchased from MassTrio or a MassTrio authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. MassTrio reserves the right to reject 45-Day Money Back Guarantee claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
